Mirza Shabi -The Founder Director of Aliment Solutions which was earlier an exclusive Healthcare executive search firm with the name of MedTalent consultants. The transition from MedTalent an exclusive healthcare consulting firm to Aliment Solutions which is into Executive search across all Industry has been under her aegis. She is a science graduate and has earned MBA degree with Marketing and HR specialisation. She carries a diversified experience of over 15 years in varied industry, out of which over 8 years been into Executive search. Her expertise has been in relationship management, client servicing and leadership searches. Prior to Aliment Mirza has worked with leading recruitment consulting firms and has held Key Account Management and Business Development roles. She has an established reputation in the market as multi-domain consultant, with deep expertise in the Healthcare vertical.
